- Does any audit data leave our network?
- No. There is no outbound telemetry of engagement content. Audit evidence, working papers and findings never leave your perimeter.
- How do updates work?
- Releases are delivered for your team to apply on your own schedule, in line with your change-management process. You decide when to upgrade.
- Does it integrate with our identity provider?
- Yes. ControlVista plugs into your SSO / identity provider so access follows your existing joiner-mover-leaver controls.
- What about business continuity?
- Source-code escrow is available so continuity does not depend on the vendor. Your infrastructure team owns backup and recovery within your standards.
